Personal contact information we collect and what we do with it
When you are making a donation or using our social network, or subscribing to our online newsletter and updates, we ask you for personal contact information such as your name, mailing address, phone number and email address. We may use this contact information to provide you with a receipt or financial report; to contact you to clarify or obtain information about an order you placed, a donation you made, or to send you additional information about Peer Support Network. If you make a donation, we may contact you from time to time to offer you an opportunity to make another gift.
Peer Support Network does not rent or exchange its list of supporters with other organizations. Also, personal contact information will not be shared with other organizations.
Personal billing information we collect and what we do with it
In addition to personal contact information, we ask for billing information, such as your billing address and credit card number, when you make a donation. We use secure servers to gather and process your billing information, your billing information is not shared with any other organization, and your credit card number is not retained once your transaction has been authorized and processed.

Other contact information we collect and what we do with it
In some instances, we ask for contact information for people other than yourself including, for example, email addresses of friends to whom you send e-Cards or a copy of one of our web pages, or the mailing address of someone you wish us to notify of a donation you have made. The information we collect is used to send the donation notification or information you requested and/or to inform the recipient of Peer Support Network updates, stories and opportunities to get involved. Such contact information is not shared with any other organizations.
How to change your information
If at any time you wish to be taken off our mailing list, and cease receiving correspondence from Peer Support Network, you can either email us at hope@peersupportnetwork.org or write to us at the address below.

Your IP address, cookies and plug-ins
For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, although no personally identifiable information (such as email address) is recognized by the server. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address may also be used to gather broad demographic information.
